Meet the Director

The FSU Employee Assistance Program director is Mary Wilkes. She brings with her not only a deep compassion and love for FSU and its employees but also a wealth of knowledge and experience. An FSU alumna (M.S.W. '92), she has served in the field of employee assistance since 1988. She is a licensed clinical worker, a certified mediator and visiting lecturerer in the College of Social Work.

The EAP is a free, confidential program that provides a professional support system for the faculty and staff of the University. Since its inception in 1995, it has assisted hundreds of employees through professional, personal and family crises.
