The Office of the Assistant Vice President for Administrative Services has been established to facilitate and assist academic and administrative units in accomplishing their mission by maximizing the performance of their business operations.

Senior Staff are located at the client site in order to provide the highest quality of services to the respective Dean or Director; yet through a dual reporting structure, they report to the Assistant Vice President for Administrative Services.

The participating units within the Office of Administrative Services span from Panama City to Sarasota and include Athletics, College of Medicine, Panama City Campus, Ringling Museum of Art and the University Business Administrators Program.
